Piezoelectric surgery: Opionion in particulate graft harvest for GBR

Piezo is the latest rage. I see many speakers harvesting native bone particulate from the oblique ridge with the piezo bone scraper. I am curious to know what kind of success one has with building up a ridge using only native bone particulate harvested in that manor?

Piezoelectric surgery: My Opinion in particulate graft harvest
I have some nice cases where I scraped some bone off the ramus and mixed it in with either bio-oss or FDBA. I have a couple of sinus lifts that I did this way and the bone was very dense after 4 months of healing at implant placement.
