Arestin for intial therapy

I have used Arestin with mixed results. I think its better for isolated 5-6mm pockets then full mouth. I looking for some opinions on how you advocate the use of local antibiotics?

Arestin for intial therapy

I have used arestin consistently in my practice and I say it does cut down on the need to do surgery. Definetly works well in the 5mm pocket. Beyond that I think you need to consider other therapies.
