Immediate Placement or Graft and Delay: Whats the latest and greatest?

I used to do many immediates implant placements in my office but now I tend to graft. I see various lectures where people are still pushing for immmediates placement and immediate load. What do you do an Why? Do you tend to graft and delay placement of the implant of do you do an immediate implant placement?

No wrong or right here. It depends on the situation.

mosalama very cool site but...... and Immediate implant opinion

I am having some trouble opening the video. Site looks loaded with nice content.

To answer the question I graft more then I place immediates. I have less failures if I come back and place the implant in a stable site.

I socket graft over immediate placement

I am using bio-oss and collatape ala the sclar bio-col technique. It is worked well for me and I get great results.
